Kathryn Ciaralli

A Rightpoint veteran, Kathryn brings 15 years of experience in delivering complex solutions while building meaningful and long term relationships with clients. Her broad experience as a national practice lead, technical architect, and project manager provides a unique perspective in engaging with clients and enables her to quickly become a trusted advisor. As the Managing Director of Rightpoint's Denver Office, her focus is to promote client satisfaction, deliver quality solutions, perpetuate office culture, and grow and mentor her team.

As an early member of the Rightpoint team, Kathryn began as a SharePoint Architect focusing on driving scalable solutions that emphasizes usability and maintenance for future growth; she quickly moved into the role of a National Practice Director, leading the SharePoint Practice within Rightpoint. Embodying the core values of Rightpoint, her "intrapreneurial" spirit drove her to launch the Denver office, covering the Desert Mountain Region in the Fall of 2013. During this journey with Rightpoint, she has proudly served key clients such as YMCA of the USA, New Belgium Brewing, and Envision Healthcare.

Kathryn is well known within Rightpoint for her energy, passion, and grit. Her greatest asset is the ability to connect with her clients and team, build immediate rapport, and perpetuate sustainable relationships. Kathryn often reflects back to the time she joined Rightpoint - the need to find her "work family" - her last stop. For her, her team and clients are like family…striking balance to nurture those relationships embodies who Kathryn is as a leader – one who is tenaciously committed to the success of people she works with.
