John Buergenthal

Mr. Buergenthal provides guidance and support to the Human Resources department in the areas of recruitments, staffing, education and training, and benefits administration. He also works closely with the Care Center and Corporate teams to continue employee engagement and other strategic initiatives. Mr. Buergenthal has a background in business administration, having most recently served as vice president of human resources for a medical and technology company, and previously leading talent acquisition for a pharmaceuticals company responsible for managing a team of over 200 MD, PhD, MBA and similar level professional positions, developing corporate strategy for talent acquisitions, branding and performance.

Mr. Buergenthal earned a Masters of Business Administration from American University and received a Bachelors of Business Administration from the University of Texas.
