Nadia Favata

Nadia Favata is a seasoned business development professional with extensive experience in the medical device sector, currently serving as the Business Development Manager for Rigicon® Innovative Urological Solutions since July 2023. Previously, Nadia held multiple roles at Coloplast from June 2014 to July 2023, including Territory Manager and Strategic Territory Manager focused on interventional urology. Prior experience includes a position as Product Specialist Mentor at Johnson & Johnson from February 2010 to June 2014, where responsibilities encompassed scientific and commercial management of products, as well as leading training and promotional events. Nadia holds a Master’s degree in Management of Biomedical Products from Luiss Business School and two additional degrees from Università di Catania, including a Master in Quality, Environment, and Safety Management Systems and a Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences.
