Jag Shur is an experienced leader in the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors, currently serving on the management team at RIGImmune Inc. and as a Principal Consultant at Theela Life Sciences, where expertise focuses on guiding startups in realizing their business potential through strategic planning and commercialization of scientific innovations. Previous roles include CEO of Nanopharm Ltd, where transformative advancements in R&D and formulation technologies were achieved, and Research Fellow at the University of Bath, specializing in the integration of bioengineering with therapeutic interventions. Jag Shur also co-founded COVARA LLP and held positions at Novartis, GlaxoSmithKline, and Profile Drug Delivery, contributing to research on inhaled drug delivery systems and solid state characterization of respiratory products.
