Anja Holm is an accomplished academic and researcher currently serving as an Associate Professor at Aalborg University since June 2023 and a Senior Researcher at Rigshospitalet since September 2021. Holm's extensive experience includes roles as a Scientific Advisor at SciDip and Assistant Professor at Aalborg University’s Department of Clinical Medicine. Previous positions include postdoctoral fellowships at the Center for RNA Medicine and the Molecular Sleep Lab, as well as PhD studies at Glostrup Hospital and Stanford University Medical Center. Anja Holm's research focuses on identifying miRNAs involved in apoptosis and proliferation in colorectal cancer. Anja Holm holds a PhD in Biochemistry from Københavns Universitet and has a strong educational foundation in molecular biology from Aarhus University.
