Jessica McInnis

Jessica McInnis, MBA, currently serves as Director of Partner Solutions at Riipen and also holds a part-time position as a Professor teaching Introduction to Marketing and Introduction to Sales at Conestoga College. With extensive experience at Pearson from December 2010 until December 2024, Jessica held several key positions including Head of Customer Success and Digital Platform Lead for the Science portfolio, where responsibilities included developing growth strategies and fostering the adoption of digital learning platforms. Jessica's educational background includes an MBA from Wilfrid Laurier University, a Bachelor of Education from the University of Windsor, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Windsor.
