Monique Engelund

Monique Engelund is a seasoned design professional currently serving as the Head of Design at RIIS since August 2022, leading creative direction for various high-profile clients in interior design and concept development across multiple sectors including retail and hospitality. Prior experience includes serving as the Head of Spatial & Product Design at Montana Furniture, where Monique oversaw retail design and product execution, and as Head of Project Development at Kompleet Bygning & Inventar A/S, focusing on space design for numerous brands. Monique has also held significant roles at HAY, MONSTRUM, and has contributed freelance design work as well as internships at prominent firms. Educational qualifications include a Mini MBA from Probana Business School and a Master's Degree in Furniture & Spatial Design from Arkitektskolen Aarhus.
