Jacomijn Wegdam

Jacomijn Wegdam is an experienced communication professional currently serving as the Coordinator of Internal Communication at the Rijksmuseum since February 2015. In this role, Jacomijn advises management and project leaders on internal communication, participates in project teams, and develops strategies to enhance internal communication effectiveness. Previously, Jacomijn worked at Het Scheepvaartmuseum as a Project Leader and Adviser in Internal Communication, where responsibilities included translating diverse information streams into effective communication. Earlier experience includes roles at UWV as an Internal Communication Adviser, Yacht as an Interim Communication Professional, and TrendLight Netherlands as an Operational Manager and Senior Media Analyst. Jacomijn holds a Master's degree in Communication and Information Sciences from the University of Groningen, a Master's in Internal Communication from Van der Hilst, and completed VWO at KSG De Breul.
