Marc Unger

Marc Unger serves as the Head of Procurement and Contract Management at Rijksvastgoedbedrijf since November 2019, overseeing supplier management and procurement processes. Previously, from November 2019 to October 2022, Marc held the role of Program Director for the Binnenhof Renovation and was a member of the advisory board from March 2018. Marc also contributes as a guest lecturer on Procurement Strategies and Tendering at TU Delft and the University of Twente. Additional roles include advising senior management at Hoogheemraadschap van Rijnland and participating on the Corporate Tenderboard for Rijkswaterstaat, both on an unpaid basis. As Chairman of the Board for P3BI, Marc supports civil engineering students in attending international conferences, while also chairing the Constructeurs Register to uphold professional standards in civil and construction engineering. Marc's previous experience includes a senior consultant position at AT Osborne and guest lecturing at Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences. Marc holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Delft University of Technology, with education extensions at the Norwegian Hydrotechnical Laboratory and IMD.
