Thomas Metz

Thomas Metz is a senior consultant specializing in sustainable real estate at Rijksvastgoedbedrijf since October 2020, also serving as the Program Coordinator for EnergieRijk Den Haag. Prior experience includes roles such as Program Manager and Senior Project Manager at the Dutch Green Building Council from April 2015 to October 2020, and Consultant for sustainable building at BenR Adviseurs voor Duurzaamheid BV from January 2013 to March 2015. Metz has a strong background in climate and energy consulting with the Municipality of Amersfoort and sustainability consulting for the Municipality of The Hague. Previous positions also include consultancy roles at Royal HaskoningDHV and Nuon, where a focus on enhancing sustainability in the built environment was prevalent.
