Erik Opdam

Erik Opdam is an experienced advisor and owner at NC Advies, specializing in environmental policy, area development, participation, and process management since May 2011. Currently, Erik leads projects focusing on sustainable construction and energy neutrality through roles with Groene Metropoolregio Arnhem-Nijmegen and Gemeente Oss. Erik has also worked on significant infrastructure projects for Rijkswaterstaat, including the expansion of roads and the A15 project. Previous experiences include roles at Waterschap Aa en Maas, NovioConsult Nijmegen, and other consultancy positions, with a strong emphasis on participatory processes and decision-making in infrastructure. Erik holds multiple advanced degrees in communication and political science from Radboud University and relevant training in Scrum and Lean methodologies.
