Ingeborg van Egmond

Ingeborg van Egmond is a seasoned communication professional with extensive experience in both public and private sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor in Communication and Behavior at Rijkswaterstaat since March 2021, Ingeborg focuses on the transition to a circular economy within the department of Circular Economy and Waste. With a history of leading various communication projects through the own consultancy, Egmond Communicatie, since 2006, Ingeborg has also held interim roles at prestigious institutions such as the Gerechtshof Arnhem-Leeuwarden and the Kamer van Koophandel, where significant organizational changes and digitalization efforts were implemented. Educational background includes degrees in Organizational Sociology from the University of Amsterdam and Communication from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht, complemented by further training in communication strategies and behavioral change.
