Jeroen Koopman

Jeroen Koopman is an experienced procurement manager currently employed at Rijkswaterstaat since November 2007, where responsibilities have included roles such as Inkoopmanager and various procurement positions related to sustainable infrastructure projects. Prior to this, Jeroen served as a senior advisor in market approach and contract management for the Hoogwaterbeschermingsprogramma from May 2021 to December 2022 and worked as a legal consultant at USG Legal NL from 2004 to 2007. Jeroen's educational background includes a degree in Dutch law from the University of Amsterdam and further credentials in procurement management and contract law from various institutions. Jeroen has also completed a postdoctoral course in procurement law and is currently pursuing advanced studies in influence and behavior.
