Laura Marchesini

Laura Marchesini is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and advisory roles. Currently serving as Directiesecretaris Programma’s, Projecten en Onderhoud at Rijkswaterstaat since January 2020, responsibilities include establishing a portfolio management office (PMO) and advising the management team on risk management and project management standards. Prior to this role, Laura held various positions at Alliander from February 2010 to January 2020, including Manager project office Duurzame Gebiedsontwikkeling, where duties entailed setting up the PMO and leading a team. Additionally, Laura served as Secretary to the Board of Directors, facilitating governance processes and decision-making.
