Rico Hensen

Rico Hensen is a seasoned professional in information security and IT architecture, currently serving as Teamlead Architecture & Information Analysis at Rijkswaterstaat since September 2017. In this role, Rico focuses on implementing IT strategies, architecture, information security, risk management, and information analysis. Previously held positions include Coordinator Information Security, where responsibilities included ensuring information security for Rijkswaterstaat's IV-Platforms, and Platform Manager for Integration and Cloud Native Application Platforms, managing product backlogs and lifecycle for integration services and cloud platforms such as Mulesoft and Cloud Foundry. Rico’s prior experience includes an internship in Information Security Management at the Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations and a related internship at the Centraal Bureau voor de Statistiek. Rico holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Security Management from The Hague University of Applied Sciences.
