Ruud Mulder

Ruud Mulder is an experienced professional currently serving as Coördinerend adviseur duurzame leefomgeving at Rijkswaterstaat since March 2016, where responsibilities include promoting sustainability initiatives and advising on projects to align with the organization’s sustainability goals. Previously, Ruud held the position of Regisseur Assetmanagement, facilitating collaboration between regional partners and ensuring effective asset management in infrastructure projects in Northern Netherlands. Prior experience includes roles at Bentley Systems as Adviseur/Account Manager and Product Sales Specialist, focusing on account management and sales of geospatial software, as well as customer account management at Insight and a call center agent position at Auto Europe Car Rental. Ruud holds dual degrees in Planologie and Geografie from the University of Groningen.
