Vicky Vossen

Vicky Vossen is a seasoned professional in procurement and contract management with extensive experience at Rijkswaterstaat since January 2019, currently serving as a Senior Inkoopadviseur. Vicky has contributed to various significant projects, including the GRONST 2 maintenance project and multiple initiatives related to the stuwen Maas plan. Prior to this, Vicky held the position of Auditor SCB at Daelzicht from 2012 to December 2018, where responsibilities included writing and implementing procurement policies, managing procurement processes, and contract management. Additional roles include serving as an interim procurement advisor at Mutsaersstichting and working in financial administration at Gilde Opleidingen. Vicky is also the former owner of Kelders Caravans. An educational background includes NEVI certifications and a degree from HEAO.
