Elsa de Vries

Elsa de Vries currently serves as a Projectmedewerker at Natuur en Milieufederatie Zuid-Holland, with a temporary assignment from March to July 2025 as part of an external internship from Rijkswaterstaat. Elsa has been employed at Rijkswaterstaat since August 2020, holding the position of Senior Inkoopadviseur and previously serving as Inkoopadviseur. Before this role, Elsa gained experience at Rijksoverheid from September 2018 to August 2020 in various procurement-related positions. An internship in Category Management at Unilever took place in 2017. Elsa holds a Master’s Degree in Strategic Management from Radboud University and two Bachelor’s Degrees, one in Business and Communication from Wilfrid Laurier University and another in Business Administration from Radboud University. Early education was completed at Stedelijk Gymnasium Leeuwarden.
