Sheila Latukonsina

Sheila Latukonsina is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in education, coaching, and community development. Currently serving as Beleidsmaker Burgerschap en LOB at Rijn IJssel since November 2016, Sheila focuses on developing visions and policies for citizenship education. Previous roles include coaching young adults transitioning from school to sustainable work and coordinating integration and vocational training programs. As a bestuurder and program developer for Stichting 60 jaar Molukkers in Doesburg, Sheila revitalizes the local Molukse community through collaborative initiatives. Additionally, Sheila has held significant positions in various educational and municipal organizations, including a tenure as a docent and project leader. Educational qualifications include a Research Master's in Islam, Politics, and Society, and a Bachelor of Journalism from Radboud University and HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht, respectively.
