Marte Janssen has extensive experience in human resources and management, currently serving as Manager bedrijfsvoering and HR Manager at Rijnbrink since September 2020, overseeing a team of 23 and delivering HR services to internal organizations and libraries. Key projects include leading the decentralization of employer relations and optimizing HR processes, alongside contributions to national HR policies and leadership development initiatives. Prior to Rijnbrink, Marte held various positions at IKEA Group from July 2013 to September 2020, culminating in responsibilities as HR Manager and Store Project Leader, where strategic HR planning and change management were central to operations. Experience also includes managerial roles at sissy-boy and project coordination for social initiatives at Stichting Studenten voor Samenleving, with foundational HR internships at Heijmans and Heineken.
