Monique Meesters

Monique Meesters has extensive experience in process management and project leadership within the library and information sectors. Currently serving as a Procesleider AFAS and Ontwikkeladviseur at Rijnbrink since June 2013, Monique focuses on digitizing and optimizing business processes for both the organization and its clients. Prior roles include Informatiemanager/Projectleider at Rijnbrink, Coördinator of the Bibliotheekonderzoeksplatform at Koninklijke Bibliotheek from October 2014 to June 2020, and IT Projectleider at Blauwe Brug, where Monique managed various IT migration projects. Monique's background also includes serving as Projectleider at Aturis, implementing self-service concepts in libraries, and developing strategic policies as senior consulent at Overijsselse Bibliotheek Dienst. Monique holds a degree in Bedrijfskunde from Fontys University of Applied Sciences.
