Theo Vens

Theo Vens is an experienced professional currently serving as CTO and Manager ICT at Rijnstate since October 2022. Vens has an extensive background with the Royal Netherlands Air Force, where engagement began in November 1986, culminating in the role of Colonel as Secretary General of the NATO Reserve Force Committee. Additionally, Vens is the owner of V&S Advies en Interim Management B.V., providing interim management and IT expertise since January 2010. Vens has held various roles such as Associate at Twynstra Gudde Interim Management and Qhuba, and previously managed ICT operations at Gelre ziekenhuizen and served as Manager Functionaliteiten en Gegevensbeheer at Gemeente Amersfoort. Educational qualifications include a BSc in Bedrijfsinformatica from HAN University of Applied Sciences and recent studies at Nyenrode Business University.
