Alvin Barrameda is a culinary professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Chef De Partie at RIKAS Hospitality Group since June 2021, Alvin assists in achieving food revenue targets and participates in creative menu preparation. Previously, Alvin worked as Demi Chef De Partie at Rhodes Twenty10 from February 2017 to May 2021, focusing on kitchen efficiency and quality. Alvin began a culinary career as Commis III Chef at Asiana Hotel in Dubai, where responsibilities included ingredient preparation and food handling. Earlier experience includes a role as Front Desk Officer at Boracay Regency Beach Resort and Spa, demonstrating strong customer service skills, as well as training positions in front desk operations and culinary assistance at Villa Caceres Hotel. Alvin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the University of Nueva Caceres, completed in 2013.
