Additional experience includes serving as Resort Executive Chef at Madinat Jumeirah the Arabian Resort from December 2009 to December 2012 and Executive Chef at Jumeirah Emirates Towers from January 2006 to December 2009. Christian graduated from Fachberufsschule Oberwollanig between 1992 and 1995.
