Christian Gradnitzer

Christian Gradnitzer serves as the VP of International Business Development and Operations at RIKAS Hospitality Group since October 2022. Prior experience includes key roles at Hilton, where responsibilities encompassed Senior Director positions in F&B Development and Operations across the Middle East, Africa, and Europe from May 2017 to September 2022. Christian also held the role of Group Culinary Director & Operations at d.ream from September 2015 to May 2017 and Group Culinary Director at Jumeirah Group from October 2012 to August 2015. Additional experience includes serving as Resort Executive Chef at Madinat Jumeirah the Arabian Resort from December 2009 to December 2012 and Executive Chef at Jumeirah Emirates Towers from January 2006 to December 2009. Christian graduated from Fachberufsschule Oberwollanig between 1992 and 1995.
