Hiroyuki Kobayashi

Hiroyuki Kobayashi is a Japanese executive officer who currently works for Riken. Hiroyuki has also worked for the University of Tsukuba, where they were a Japan Society for the Promotion of Science (JSPS) Postdoctoral Fellow (PD). Hiroyuki worked at the University of Tsukuba from April 2003 to March 2005.

Hiroyuki Kobayashi has a Ph.D. in Engineering from the University of Tsukuba and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Physics from Tokyo University of Science. Hiroyuki also has certification from The Open Group in TOGAF 9 Certified and TOGAF 9 Fundation.
