Alison Feldman Walsh

Alison Feldman Walsh, PHR, serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Riker Danzig LLP, where Alison has contributed for over 24 years in various leadership roles, including Director of Human Resources and Director of Recruiting and Professional Development. In these positions, Alison is responsible for designing and managing personnel programs for offices in Morristown and Trenton, NJ, as well as New York, NY. Prior to Riker Danzig, Alison was the Director of Recruitment and Assistant to the Executive Director at Sills Cummis & Gross P.C. and worked as the Assistant to the President at Forward Mobility. Alison holds a BA in Communications and Women's Studies from Rutgers University and is a graduate of Pompton Lakes High School.
