Vesa Järvinen is the Executive Vice President of A-Insinöörit, with a focus on civil engineering and significant responsibilities across various business units and corporate operations since 2014. As CEO and founding partner of MustaLiitu, Järvinen leads a management consulting firm specializing in dynamic organizational capabilities. Järvinen serves on multiple boards, including Chairman of the Board for Codeax Oy and Rantala private road management, and as a board member for AINS Ventures Oy and Fectum Investors Oy. Notably, Järvinen is involved in the Finnish Association of Civil Engineers as Chair of AI in AEC Conferences and holds longstanding positions with the International Association for Bridge and Structural Engineering. Järvinen's educational credentials include a Doctor of Technology in Civil Engineering and an Executive MBA, among other qualifications.
