Alan Riniker

Alan Riniker has extensive experience with the Riley County Police Department since 1974, serving in multiple roles including Senior Crime Scene Investigator and Clandestine Laboratory Technician. Currently, Alan operates as a Clandestine Laboratory Tech and Hazardous Materials Tech, with responsibilities that include post-blast and arson investigations, and participation in the Hazardous Materials Response Team. Additionally, Alan has held roles as a dispatcher, patrol officer, and detective, contributing to a well-rounded skill set that encompasses advanced forensic investigations for hazardous environments and rapid deployment public safety diving. Alan has also served as a communications supervisor for the Kansas State University Athletics Football Stadium Command Center.
