Michelle Melancon

Michelle Melancon currently serves as Deployment Lead at Rillet since November 2025. Previously, Michelle held several roles at FloQast from December 2021 to November 2025, progressing from Accounting Technology Consultant to Senior Accounting Technology Consultant. Prior to that, Michelle worked as Assistant Controller at Rooled and was with tempCFO, Inc. where the positions included Assistant Controller, Senior Accountant, and Staff Accountant II. Earlier experience includes a role as Finance & Accounting Outsourcing Associate at Technology & Management Consulting Services at RSM US LLP and Accountant at eeCPA. Michelle holds a degree in Sociology and Public Relations from Arizona State University and a Master's degree in Accounting from Grand Canyon University.
