Gary Wood, CPC, CTS, is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in recruiting and account management within the staffing and marketing industries. Currently serving as the Owner of True Install Houston since August 2024, Gary leads an installation-only sign company that provides high-quality signage solutions. As Managing Director at Integrus Solutions since February 2017, Gary has focused on delivering comprehensive recruiting and consulting services. Gary is also an Independent Director at RIM Recruitment Professionals, enhancing recruitment processes across the US and Canada. Previous roles include National Strategic Accounts Manager and Senior Partner at Lucas Group, where extensive responsibility for enterprise-level account management was held, and Managing Partner at United Global Solutions, where a commitment to client service and value creation was established. Gary’s early career included significant roles at Smith Hanley Consulting and Solid Software LLC, alongside a foundational experience as Store Director at HEB. Gary holds a degree in Business, Management, and Marketing from Sam Houston State University.
