Juan Alfieri Montoya Adriazola

Juan Alfieri Montoya Adriazola is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data privacy and operations management. Currently serving as Data Privacy Lead and Data Officer at Rimac Seguros y Reaseguros since February 2023, Juan has a solid background in data governance as demonstrated in the role of Senior Data Governance Analyst at the same company from July 2019 to June 2022. Previous experience includes positions as Technology Project Consultant at BDO Perú and Operations Consultant at Sinergia Consulting Group. Additionally, Juan spent two years as Dealer Manager for Harley-Davidson® in Lima, Perú, and over six years as Head of Statistics and IT at the Marina de Guerra del Perú.
