Rich Dominiak

Rich Dominiak has extensive work experience in various roles related to product management, data, analytics, CRM, and API development. Rich started their career at Sony as a Product Manager, where they managed the integration of Sony's online photo-sharing service into their digital imaging hardware. Rich also worked at Walmart Global eCommerce as a Senior Manager, leading the launch of an API program and developing strategies for global API initiatives. At Xoom, a PayPal Service, they served as a Senior Manager, aligning executive, business, and engineering teams on a mobile strategy and leading the creative development of mobile apps. Rich also held the position of Director of Product at Westfield Retail Solutions, where they led a team to launch new platforms for identity management, CRM, messaging, and campaign management. Additionally, they worked as an Independent Consultant at Richdom Consulting, providing expertise in product management, data analytics, CRM, and integrations. Currently, Rich is employed at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield as a Product Lead for CRM, data, privacy, and APIs, where they have led the migration of CRM systems, implemented processes for privacy law compliance, and rebuilt data sources to be compliant with CCPA and GDPR regulations.
