Gus MacFarlane

Gus Macfarlane is an experienced executive with a strong background in operations, strategy, and innovation. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Rimes, Gus has held significant roles at Barclays, including Managing Director for Transformation, Strategy and Innovation, and Chief Operating Officer for Group Technology and Innovation. Additional experience includes serving as Non Executive Director and Strategic Advisor at Hudson&Hayes and BEEM, as well as Managing Director of Commercial Operations at Experian. Gus holds an MBA in General Business Strategy from The University of Edinburgh and a Bachelor of Science in Forestry from the University of Aberdeen.
