Poly Michaels has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Starting in 1994, Michaels worked at Taiwan Trade Centre as a Trade Enquiry Manager until 1997. From 1997 to 2004, they worked at Thomson Financial, where they held various roles including Client Services Consultant, Customer Trainer, and Sales Product Specialist. In 2004, Michaels joined Rimes, where they held multiple positions, including Relationship Manager and Head of Cyprus office. Michaels played a crucial role in starting up the Cyprus office, overseeing all operational aspects, recruiting, growing, and managing a team. Later, they became Vice President of Relationship Management and Vice President of Strategic Account Management. In 2023, Michaels is currently serving as the Head of Client Account Management - EMEA at Rimes.

Poly Michaels attended the University of Surrey from 1991 to 1994, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Studies and Product Management.
