Sarah Louise Mendoza

Sarah Louise Mendoza is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in HR management and business partnering. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Rimes since March 2023, Sarah previously held the role of Human Resources Business Partner at Maya for a year. In earlier positions, Sarah worked at Holcim Philippines Inc. as an OIC - HR Business Partner and Talent Management Officer. Sarah also contributed to goFLUENT as a Global HR Officer, facilitating global onboarding and training initiatives, and as a Site Administrator. Prior experience includes roles at IBM Global Business Process Services and SM Supermalls, focusing on international mobility and organizational development, respectively. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration from the University of the Philippines.
