Wen-Jie Mao

Wen-jie Mao is an accomplished industrial engineer with extensive experience in optimizing workflows and enhancing production processes across various industries. Currently serving as the Lead Industrial Engineer at Coast Mountain Bus Company since February 2023, Wen-jie has also held key positions such as Process Engineer and Quality Engineer at RIMEX Supply and Industrial Engineer at Greenlight Innovation Corp. Notable achievements include the design and implementation of a paperless non-conformance reporting system, significant reductions in reaction times and defect rates, as well as contributions to Lean manufacturing initiatives at Tycrop Manufacturing Ltd. Wen-jie holds a Master of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from the University of Windsor, a Certificate in Auto Mechanics from the British Columbia Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Capital University of Economics and Business.
