Mr. Roth serves VP of Sales for the North America Central Region at Rimini Street. In this role, he is responsible for driving regional growth, leading high-performing sales teams, and helping clients across industries unlock maximum value from their enterprise software investments through Rimini Street’s portfolio of support, managed services, and strategic solutions.
Mr. Roth is a seasoned sales executive with more than 20 years of experience in enterprise technology services, support, and consulting. He brings deep expertise in building and scaling sales organizations, executing competitive strategy, and driving customer success in complex enterprise environments.
Prior to joining Rimini Street, Mr. Roth was Director of Sales at Microsoft, where he led Americas Unified Global Black Belt sales for a $3.3 billion portfolio. In this role, he managed multiple high-impact sales teams, expanded enterprise support adoption, and consistently delivered strong revenue performance while elevating sales rigor and execution discipline.
Before Microsoft, Mr. Roth served as Vice President and Director of IT at Wells Fargo, where he was responsible for enterprise technology strategy, IT operations, and delivering business-critical solutions across the organization.
Mr. Roth holds a Master of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Saint Leo University.
