Heather Sepolen

Ms. Sepolen is a 20-year veteran of enterprise technology with multi-functional leadership experience in business operations, software lifecycle management, program management, sales operations, technology management, and business development. Her industry expertise includes manufacturing, retail trade, and services.

Ms. Sepolen serves as Vice President, Chief of Staff to the Office of the EVP of Global Service Delivery, leading initiatives that further the Rimini Street mission of delivering world-class enterprise software support.

Prior to her current role, Ms. Sepolen served Rimini Street clients as Vice President, Global Service Delivery Strategy & Operations, driving strategic vision and implementation for business enablement efforts.

Previously, Ms. Sepolen held senior level roles at NTT DATA Services, NCH Corporation, and Sanmina Corporation.

Ms. Sepolen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix. She is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
