James Henderson

Mr. Henderson serves as Chief Technology Officer, North America, East where he works with Eastern region clients to engage in an advisory capacity at the executive level, building strategic partnerships, driving IT transformation, accelerating innovation, and delivering superior business outcomes.

Mr. Henderson is a skilled executive leader with with 30 years of experience in technology strategy, AI/ML, business innovation through modern technology as well as cybersecurity. He has worked across multiple industries including manufacturing, retail, higher education and high tech.

Prior to joining Rimini Street, Mr. Henderson held leadership positions at Blue Yonder Group Inc., Pearson Education Inc., Avery Dennison Corporation and FedEx Corporation in advisory roles leading large transformation projects to enhance business processes and immediate ROI for large ecosystems in the supply chain and finance space.

Mr. Henderson holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a minor in Computer Science from the University of Rochester. He also holds a Pre-Sales Certified Oracle R12 certification from Oracle.
