Kathi Randall

Kathi Randall, CPP, CSPO is an experienced professional with a strong background in product management, payroll, and tax solutions. Currently serving as the SAP Product Owner for North America at Rimini Street since September 2020, Kathi oversees product strategy and agile execution. Prior to this role, Kathi was a Product Manager at Topia, focusing on the development and enhancement of Tax and Payroll products. Kathi has held various positions in esteemed organizations such as Polaris Global Mobility, PayNorthwest, and ADP, consistently demonstrating a commitment to quality assurance, customer service, and process improvement. Kathi holds an Associate of Arts in Accounting from Edmonds College and is a Certified Scrum Product Owner, enhancing the ability to lead in agile environments.
