Mark Brandau is Vice President, Global Product Marketing at Rimini Street, a global leader in enterprise software support and innovation solutions for Oracle, SAP, VMware, and ServiceNow. At Rimini Street, Mr. Brandau leads global product marketing and strategy across the company’s end-to-end services portfolio, shaping market positioning, competitive differentiation, and go-to-market execution to support growth and innovation at scale.
Previously, Mr. Brandau served as Chief Marketing Officer at Brightmine (formerly XpertHR), a division of LexisNexis Data Services, where he led a strategic rebrand and transformation—turning a legacy compliance business into a high-growth SaaS business. His leadership drove double-digit revenue growth and a 40-point increase in employee engagement.
As Vice President, Portfolio Marketing & Strategy at iCIMS, a Vista Equity Partners company, he repositioned the business and led growth through six acquisitions—resulting in a successful transaction with TA Associates. Mr. Brandau was also a Principal at Forrester Research, advising executives and investors on technology trends and go-to-market strategy.
Earlier, as Senior Vice President, Product & Solution Marketing at SAP he scaled the HR technology business from $300M to ~$1.5B ARR, growing the customer base more than 8x. His work earned “Leader” positioning 34 times in evaluations from Gartner, Forrester, and IDC. Mr. Brandau joined SAP via the acquisition of SuccessFactors, where he led the positioning of the business for sale to SAP for $3.4B—the largest cloud acquisition at the time.
Mr. Brandau holds an MBA, Magna Cum Laude, from Marymount University and a B.S. from Towson State University, where he was awarded the C. James Velie Memorial Scholarship.
