Michael L. Perica

Michael L. Perica is the EVP and CFO of Rimini Street. Prior to joining Rimini Street, Perica served as VP Finance and CFO of Energy Systems Global at EnerSys from December 2018 to September 2020. Michael was also the Chief Financial Officer at Alpha Technologies from August 2015 to December 2018, and served as VP International Finance Operations at Alpha Technologies from November 2013 to August 2015. Perica has also held the position of CFO/Interim CFO at Channell Commercial from December 2008 to June 2012, and they were Sr. VP Equity Research at Brean Murray, Carret & Co. from January 2003 to December 2006. In addition, Perica served as VP Equity Research at Kaufman Bros. from January 2001 to December 2003. Michael has also been involved with Lets Sweat, Inc./San Francisco Marathon as a Board of Director from January 2012 to December 2013, and they were Treasurer at Channell Commercial Corporation from May 2006 to December 2008.

Michael L. Perica has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Southern California - Marshall School of Business and an Accounting degree from Central Michigan University.
