Gregory Smith

Gregory Smith, PE, is a Senior Materials and Mechanical Engineering Consultant at Rimkus Consulting Group, Inc., since May 2022. Prior to this role, Smith served as a Materials Research Engineer at the U.S. Naval Research Laboratory, focusing on research programs addressing corrosion, maintenance, and operational challenges from September 2018 to May 2022. Smith's academic journey includes a Doctor of Philosophy in Materials Science and Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering in Engineering Science with a double major in Marine Science from Stony Brook University.
