Jeffery Whitfield

Jeffery Whitfield is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the field of expert services and dispute resolution. Currently serving as the Director in Quantum Expert Services at Rimkus since August 2024, Whitfield has held notable positions, including Director of Quantum Expert at Capital Consulting International from April 2020 to August 2024, and Head of Expert Services at Project CDR from January 2017 to April 2020. Prior roles include multiple directorships at Hill International, where Whitfield gained experience as an expert witness in the UK, UAE, and USA, as well as positions at EC Harris/Arcadis and Stapleton International, focusing on major infrastructure and oil and gas projects.
