Michelle Risinger

Michelle Risinger is currently the Vice President of Talent and Rewards at Rimkus. Prior to this role, Michelle served as HR Director of Subsea at TechnipFMC. With a background in Human Resources spanning over two decades, Michelle has held various managerial and leadership positions in companies such as FMC Technologies. Michelle holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Houston Christian University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Houston.
