Katie Hanson

Katie Hanson (Conti) serves as Vice President of Total Rewards and Talent Operations at iCIMS, a position held since November 2019, with previous roles including Vice President of Talent Programs & Operations and Senior Director, Office of the COO. In the latter role, Katie was Chief of Staff to the COO, focusing on fostering a culture of accountability and execution across the organization.
