Adair Zhou

Adair Zhou is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development, project management, and legal expertise. Currently serving as the Director of Business Development and China General Manager at Rimon Law since March 2018, Adair focuses on expanding the firm's innovative US legal practice in the Greater Bay Area. Previously, as a Founding Partner at nTheta, Adair played a key role in facilitating the growth of overseas tech startups in the Chinese market. Adair's earlier positions included Senior Project Manager and Head of Intellectual Property at DJI, where substantial progress was made in managing R&D and establishing a robust intellectual property strategy. Adair also has experience in trading roles at the Royal Bank of Scotland and J.P. Morgan. Adair holds a Master's degree in Financial Engineering from Columbia University and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, complemented by a study abroad program at Lehigh University.
