Mikhail Usubyan

Mikhail Usubyan is a Partner at Rimon Law, an innovative law firm with a global presence across 42 locations in 13 countries since July 2020. Prior to Rimon, Usubyan served as Of Counsel at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP for 15 years, specializing in Technology, Energy & Infrastructure, and Finance, and handled significant transactions such as a $1 billion divestiture and several high-profile real estate deals in Russia. Usubyan's earlier experience includes roles as Associate at Coudert Brothers LLP and Baker McKenzie, as well as an internship at Pitmans. Usubyan holds an LLM from Duke University School of Law and has studied at various prestigious institutions including the London School of Economics and Political Science.
