Thomas Somlay

Thomas Somlay serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at RIMOWA, bringing extensive experience from previous roles including Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Louis Vuitton Americas and various vice presidential positions across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa at Louis Vuitton. Prior to that, Thomas held significant HR leadership positions at Sofitel Luxury Hotels and Resorts, overseeing operations in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, as well as Southern Europe and North Africa. Additional experience includes director-level HR roles at Club Med North America, alongside regional operational and financial management responsibilities in the Caribbean and West Indies. Thomas earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Operational Research from MBS School of Business.
