Erika le Roux CA(SA) is an accomplished finance and management professional with extensive experience in the renewable energy and financial services sectors. Currently serving as Head of Power for Southern Africa at RINA, Erika previously held the position of Managing Director/Country Manager at Soly, where strategic growth targets in the South African renewable energy market were executed. Prior roles include COO/MD at BrightHouse Energy, where leadership of a start-up EPC team was demonstrated, and Financial Director at Windlab, focusing on finance and development of wind farms in East Africa. Erika's background also includes significant positions at Capfin, Metropolitan Health Group, BDO, and Myers, Tennier & Co., showcasing a strong foundation in finance management and audit.
